backup won't boot anymore benq vad6038 drive help please

hi Everyone,

my backups stopped working and i don't know why. I have the benq vad6038 drive and the new dashboard update of fall 2011. I dont have the firmware jungleflasher that supports lt 3.0.
As per the sofware xval my console is supposed to be flagged so i don't know if this as anything to do with my backup not working. I was wondering if i flash my drive to the new lt 3.0 will my backup work again? Note that the games i have are not new of 2012. games that i have a cod moderm warfare 2 , kinect games as well.

i also repatched games with agbx newer version and still wont work.
