I realize the article has a person who has violated the gamertag TOS, but In the first part of the article, it talks about the new update and bans.

I for one think that MS is done with console ban waves. I think they are just going to do what they are doing now, re flashing and applying AP measures.

This thread is retarded. Of course you're going to get banned for having a stupid gamertag. It's part of the policy. This has nothing to do with console bannings. That was about people that are dumb enough to create a gamertag like "pound her stank" like that guy.
