Burnermax payload problem

Hello afterdawn members !
this issue is really killing me and i would appreciate any help!!
first of all i have a LITE-ON DVDRW LH-18A1H with the latest firmware (HL09), when i insert a blank dvd+r dl (non-verbs, doesn't exist in my region) , burnermax detects it and when i click on burnermax it does the patching process without L0 only L1. at last it says Burnermax is not enabled yet ! but in ImgBurn it says File Size: 8*738*846*720 bytes !!!!!! can i say that my burner is compatible ????
also i tried burning Crysis 3 with it and it is stuck at finalising disc

either your drive is not compatible or the file you are using is no good, also expect coasters with the discs you are using, your disc failed in the beginning, therefore it could not finish!

This means that Burnermax is not enabled. This and your cheap Ritek media (Memorex? Platinium?) is killing your burns.
