controller not working.. HELP..

I thought this may be a good place to ask...

My dvd drive got bumped when the door was opened and knocked it off track. I split the case open and got all the way to the drive and fixed it. Everything works fine except now the wireless controller will not connect and sync. Did i forget to plug something back in?

It was working fine before i tore it apart. so there is nothing maybe i forgot to plug in?
