Can anyone help me?

Im going mad trying to convert my extracted files to an iso for conversion using ISO2God. I select the files in Create ISO and am presented with the following error message:

What am I doing wrong? Is there an easier way to do this? I have dl the game, extracted it and all I want to do is put this .iso into ISO2GOD and then put this on my external HD to plug into my XBOX 360. Im running Windows 7 64BIT via VM Fusion Ware on an iMac.


Please help me before I cry :(
