this what jf is telling me i have ..how do i flash it .i have usb360 and ck3 lite ,sputnik 360 probe ,,do i need anything else some gulde mention replacing a pcb board do i need to do that

Flash Recipe
------------
Ingredients:
(1) dg16d4s 1071 drive
(1) USB360
(1) CK3 Lite
(1) Sputnik 360 probe

Directions:
In a large cauldron, over a medium fire, combine all 4 ingredients.
Stir until fully melted.
Once melted and semi-cooled, pour mixture back into the Xbox 360 case/shell.
Boot your backup disc.
