Google is your friend.
I assume you already own the game and are making a backup.
If not AD is not a pirate board but has tons of info, so you are on your own.

Just use the round plastic discs with the little hole in the center, that go into your PC's drive and are able to have data written to them. Also, it is very, very important, to be sure that these discs will fit into the Xbox 360 as well, in order to play them once burned. If you can't find these discs, try Verbatim DVD+R DL discs instead.

You burn it with your laser in your DVD drive.
Ok seriously, Use a blank DVD+R DL to burn. Recommend: Verbatim 2.4x DVD+R DL made from Singapore. The discs ain't cheap but it works...
Follow the tutorial if you don't know how to burn a disc:
My version (i think one of you will say this is a stupid method, but just try to be positive for once)

I'd go along with For3st. I use the Aone plus and I've never had a problem with any of them and they're alot cheaper

That's not the advice to give to someone new to the 360 burning game.
