Flashing LT+ 2.0 Dash: 2.0.14699.0 RROD

Tried flashing my Xbox 360 to LT+ 2.0 on Dash 2.0.14699.0
my drive is a LiteON 74850c, and i did the tray fullly open case off the drive, and it tried pulling in the etray, i held the tray open, and it RROD?d for the first time ever, rebooted a few minutes later, immediate RROD again.

What The Fuck do I do?

The strange thing is, this is the first time this has ever happened. and it's clealry not a heat issue.

I unplugged the power brick which has a red light, and plugged it back in, all is fine now.

There was no error code, it just turned off the display and blinked the RROD lights.

next time your box is shooting you red ring

Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights

All four lights flashing - 0
One light flashing - 1
Two Lights flashing - 2
Three lights flashing - 3

Most likely you got a bad flash to the nand. Resetting the power supply would have drained the power, then updated again.
