freestyle dash crashing even after reinstall

Hi All,

My freestyle dash is constantly telling me "freestyle dash has crashed, what would you like to do?" I've deleted it off my external hard drive and reinstalled and it keeps doing it. I've even completely started from scratch with my ext hdd and reinstalled every other app but it still keeps giving me this message. Can anyone advise?
