hey guys just updated to 3.0. i have downloaded a need for speed on the run wen i put it in my drive it says play game but goes to black screen then back to dash board it gave me some errors wen burning somthing about layerbreak to far out. i havent put any more files in so dont know if thats the problem thanks guys

did you run it through abgx before you burnt it? set auto fix to level 3

With what software did you burn it? I am not entirely sure CloneCD supports truncating/overburning.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

yes it tells me error f:\xbox360 games need for speed on the run pal xbox 360 complex nfsthe run.iso isnt recognized as an xbox 360 iso or stealth file

sounds to me like your file is not an xbox360 game its something else, a virus maybe?

downloading games is illegal and should not be discussed, but my recommendation is that you find a different "copy" because your backup did not appear to be proper!

right my m8 has just give me his game to copy. so i put it in image burn and it says its copy right pro ?????????? will this still copy game do i need to do anythin before burning it thanks guys

with imageburn create an iso, run that iso through abgx make sure you get all green, burn!

right copyed image ran through abgx and its says video partition found
video crc = 40bba299
crc might not be correct - pfi is needed to know the full data area size
video partition does not match known data but thats probably because there is
no pfi to tell us what its real size is
press any key to exit.... this is from an origanal disk ????????
wen i copyed image it only copying 47mb ???????
im getting this instead of layer brake etc ?????????

it seems maybe you have a real mess, if you are using an original to backup, then you can not just put that in your computer and back it up with imageburn, you have to have an 0800 drive and xbox creator to do that, need for speed the run is an xgd3 game disc, it should be around 8.2GB, unless you have an ihas burner programmed with burnermax, then you are not going to be able to burn the game correctly, as far as your other problem, not sure who flashed your xbox, but it sounds like something is not correct, you have to understand, in order for your backups to work, EVERYTHING must be exactly right! look in the stickies under guides all the information is there broken down and telling you exactly how to do each part!

i do have the burner im doing other games fine just not this one im stuck also it is playing copyed games its on lt 3.0 i did it last night

then i suggest that you do as i stated in the beginning, find another source, when you get the file it should be as i said 8.2GB when you open the iso in abgx if you have the autofix set to level 3 it will patch everything correctly for you, one more thing, make sure you are getting the proper region, if your box is pal then get a pal, and visa versa, or look for region free!

Actually, I personally wouldn't have put that much efford in something so crappy as Need for Speed the Run, by now you have maybe wasted enough disks so that you could have bought that game original off ebay.
But yea, if you want to make your own backups, you got three options for XGD3 games: Get a BenQ drive and flash it with 0800 firmware, Get a LiteOn drive and flash it with 0800 firmware or get a DROM 6313, mod it and flash it with 0800 firmware. I'd suggest the third option, as this needs no extra hardware, the only true internal backup drive.
