hdd hackr problem

Trying to use a western digital 120GB hard drive for my xbox360 slim. I have a flash drive formatted to boot msdos. I have extracted hddhackr 1.4 and the read me files to the flash drive as well as the 120gb bin file.

When I boot the computer it goes straight to dos. I have checked the directory to see if the files are recognisable. Then when I type hddhackr nothing happens. It goes to the next line down in the prompt but just has a flashing cursor. It seems as though the program simply won't execute.

Anyone have an idea on why this is happening, or how I can fix it?

Btw, I have tried downloading all applications and files a second time with the same results.
