Help please - XBox Backup Creator Windows 7 64 bit

I was using xbox backup creator with XP pro & had no problems. Now I have windows 7 64 bit, backup creator won't work. I get messages like 'the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process' or 'reached the end of the file' when I try to load the image. I looked on forums & tried putting the file 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' in my system folder & syswow64 folder, but nothing fixed the problem. Can anyone help please?

are you running it as administrator?
