hi guys ive been doing alot of digging about flashing my xbox to play back ups and copys now im now sure how i do this as ive never tried before i have dl junger flasher 0.1.91 wat else do i need also is there any files i need to download and a gd tutorial for doing this any help would be great thanks

thanks funksoulb i managed to flash my xbox but now i have the problem of fitting 8.7 gb game to 8.5 gb disk is there any way round this i.e maybe shirink it a bit i dont knw lol thanks for ur help just hope you can point me in right direction for this problem

Also, if you fully read the FAQ that I linked to in my last post, it tells you which burner you need if you want to burn XGD3 games without truncating them.

Basically, MS changed the disc type for 360 games and they're now slightly too large to fit on a dual layer disc when burned using a regular burner, so you need to buy a particular type of LiteOn burner, flash it with Burner Max, then you can fit the latest games on a regular dual layer disc. It's all in the FAQ I linked you to anyway.

so i just borrowed this game from my m8 its need for speed run its the same game i downloaded! is there any way i can just copy this disk ? i have tried any dvd and all i get is to play this game put it in an xbox 360

right i been doing some more digging and it seems i need a new writer as the one i got now just aint up to it as its just standard dvd writer ? could i possibly flash this or should i just get new one if so wat 1 do i get thanks again

If you don't listen to what people are saying when they're trying to help you, you won't learn anything and it's frustrating for me as I'm putting time into helping someone that's largely ignoring what I'm saying.

No problem! If you read that guide I linked to above, it gives you full details of what Burner Max is all about.

Here is the Burner Max firmware for all of the 6 drives that are flashable, along with the tools you need to do it and a guide in PDF format: -
