We have a Xbox 360 stupidly our son decided to get it chipped and downloaded a game called FIFA street apparently it told him to do a disc update and it is not and never has been linked to Internet now it won't recognise anything and keeps coming up with a white screen saying te insert disc and then cannot read it obviously to do a update as it is not a proper game won't do anything at all I am livid

Any suggestions

Please help me

It needs to finish the update process. Download the USB update from xbox.com and place it on the root of a (FAT formatted) USB stick or drive.

they wont be able to download the update from xbox, the update that was on the fifa street is different from the one on xbox website, you must find the exact udate in order to complete,faster and easier way would be open the iso with winrar, you will see the update folder in the iso, copy that to a usb drive and put it in the machine!
