Img burn keeps setting the layer breaker to what ever it feels like instead of what I set it to in this case 2133520 not sure whats going on I'm also using burnermax tool

Layer break should be set to automatic as the image file will sort this one out for you as long as you have created the file through abgx 360.Burner max is now integrated into IMGBURN now so no separate program needed.Also your disk ID is somewhat debatable as to what verbatims you have,check this thread/link on another forum to see what i mean.
Is it the same for all backups/originals if so laser pot tweak/Replacement
Try to install the game to the HDD
Use Verbatim (Singapore) 003's
Run all backups through abgx360
Layer break set to calculate optimum
Turn off opc
Reduce background tasks and leave the pc alone while burning
