Im trying to copy xbox games without modding or flashing my xbox can i do this with ImgBurn or at all

Uh yeah. But copying the Xbox game won't work on Img burn due to Copyright protection. Try google.

Mike your box has to be flashed or modded to be able to play the burned games.

Nah mike you need a particular drive and firmware to rip the 360 games from an original, and you need to put modified firmware on your 360s drive to boot the copies.
