Try looking up the number on the CPU. It should begin with X.Look on ebay and google shopping. Just curious what happened to it?

it's ran too hot and now kinda hangs up and well you know, i'm going to have it reballed with lead sodder, hehe.

unless its jtagable jasper you arent going to get anywhere....since the cpu and dvd are tied together. so unless you can figure out the dvd key for the new cpu chip you are screwed. and how did you manage to run a jasper to hot?

i have seen it rrod...got it in a lot of console i bought a while back, but it was e64 (DVD time out) not gpu/cpu related.

Fried the cpu.. and not the gpu...... on a Jasper?
Sounds like an unnecessary x clamp was applied by someone who didn't know what they were doing.

Well, no. We don't know. That's why someone asked what the problem was. Only telling us "kinda hangs up" doesn't help one bit.
Does the console lock up mid game? Does it red ring when you reboot. Does the game lock up but you can still quit to the dash?
There's a number of different possible problems and no one can help you if you don't help us.

it sometimes freezes but you can still go to the dash and sometimes the graphics lag when the loading screen is going and the dash is hicuply upon launch

Game freezing but still able to go back to dash is a dvd drive/read error. Same with game loading screen lag. Does this happen with original or burnt games?
Dash hiccup-y at launch; do you mean when you launch the game from the dash or do you mean when you power on the 360? And if it's when you power on the 360, do you leave your games in the drive when you turn it off/on?
Also, have you tried installing and playing games from the hard drive?
