JTAG games off external HDD

Hi guys

Sorry if this has been answered before but I am new to jtag.

I can play games off disc on my jtag fine. I have also set up paths for my machine to read games off my external HDD however when I try to play a game I have put in to GOD it says:

"this is an installed game. to play, insert original game disc".

Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?

are you putting GODs on your external hard drive? if so there is your problem.
how are you putting the GODs on the hard drive? try using nxe to god if you are ripping them directly to your hard drive other than through FSD.

Once I have created the GOD, I am dragging and dropping on to my game folder on my external HDD. Works for most games, just not for this one.

Plus now the game freezes when loading and same happens for Driver San Fran. Plus any idea why the files are list of games are duplicating on the 360 but not duplicated on my HDD.

I am a little confused, are there any idiot guides to Jtag on the internet?

EMS has plenty, i would try updating your xbox, and maybe ripping the game in FSD.
