I'm having trouble locating a guide that shows me how to jtag the console after I do the RGE. Can anyone point me to the guide?

That guide at the end says to install dashlaunch 2.25. Is this the same as Freestyle Dash http://www.teamfsd.com/?
and how do you set up your external folder paths for the iso?

look in the how to section that the previous guy linked you to. there are several tutorials for installing freestyle dash, and setting up game paths.
