Jtagging Nandpro read issue

Hi, Ive recently decided to jtag my xbox.

Its a falcon motherboard; I have successfully soldered all areas that require soldering, and nandpro 3.0 recognises my xbox.

The issue I have is that nandpro cannot read any of my nand.

For every single block, I get error 0.

I have tried using a switching diode, but it gives the Cannot find flash error.

Is there any support that can be offered on this matter?
