hi i bought kinect yesterday and set it up on my 360 which has xbox live and its fine.i have another 360 which is flashed to latest firmware and banned off xbox live.could someone tell me if i can play kinect on the flashed machine and that the update wont wipe the flash off?

Kinect - yes, overwrite fw maybe depending on how old your dashboard is I thnik it's the 13599 and newer dashes that overwrite it.
