ive been searching around for some legal documentation about it being legal or illegal to "mod and hack" xboxes . you see i was wondering if i would be able to set up a site offering these services . for instance flashing for playback of your own backups (( i will not be vendoring backup disk or games of any sort .)) , and case mods , leds , etc .

could someone lead me in the rite direction ??
i need to know if offering these services would be breaking the law .. also if on my site would it be legal to vendor such items as housing for the xbox console , leds , controller housings for the DIY people out there .
