I searched newegg.ca for the Lite-On iHAS124B. What they are showing is the 124-04. Anyone know if they are the same?

They are. I have not got or heard of any getting older version from them. Thing to remember is in circles not for 360 the A version is wanted so they likely gone by now.

I think he means that people wanted these ihasx24a drives anyway for XDG2 in the past (like me) and then a lot for other purposes not to do with xbox or burner max so they'll be all sold already. Just as long as you buy a new ihasx24 it should be a B version
