I had my Xbox modded last March by a friend and I don't seem to have a drive key for it saved anywhere. I am looking to reflash to LT+, but I've read that I have to do some sort of MRA method to recover the key. Is there a tut for this anywhere or can anyone give some advice?

You can start on youtube. There are some video tutorials on there. Just search for mra hack there and you should get everything you need.
