Modio is a beast at what it does. So is (I think it's called) Horizon.
My 14 year-old son uses Modio and Horizon to do all kinds of crap. He's had both apps on his laptop for going on 2 years with no issues so I guess it's "safe". I don't like him using them because I'm Old-School, but whatever, whatever. I did tell him if I catch him using any cheats on Live, I'm gonna kick his ass on principle alone. And the same goes for you too 'me123009' if I catch you using cheats online :)
