My xbox360 is reset glitch hacked what now??

Sorry this may seem very lame of me but ive just got my 360 back from being r.g.h'd, i understand u have to press the eject button to start xell, after 30 seconds at most it fires xell in and runs some script then it just sits there searching http dvd and usb sources, i havnt connected a usb hard drive to it yet, but the main 360 hard drive is attached.

If i boot the 360 up normally it runs up the new dash and has xex menu and another bootmanager but i thought when you boot through xell it fires straight to freeboot or another modded dash

Sorry again for lame questions, is there a tutorial, if i google rgh tutorial it all comes up with how to do rgh not how to use it

nice1 on completing it, iv just completed one this second myself searching for a guide brought me to you,i am having the same problem i just found this guide for first use of rgh, im about to look and see if its anygood hope it helps! :)
