Need some info on getting my keys

I have a xbox360 that has cfw on and it has not taken the latest update to reset it. I had the xbox flashed by someone else and they didnt save the keys. I would like to buy the xkey or xboxdock to load games from my hd. What do I need to buy to get the keys. I think I need to buy the glitcher, but not really sure. Could use some spoon feeding here with a link as to what I need.

just go to jungleflasher.com and download it.then use the tutorial to see what drive you have.and it will show u everything u need

Do I need to update the 360 to ofw first(its already flashed), then use usbpro(using my laptop) to get the ksys with jungleflasher?

1. Learn to flash by reading Jungle Flaser tutorial.
2. Dump the FW that's on the drive.
3. Save it as "Old CFW.bin".
4. Flash the original firmware to the drive.
5. Update the dashboard via USB or Live.
6. Dump the original firmware.
7. Save the original firmware as "yournameOFW.bin"
8. Flash the latest iXtreme for your drive, to the drive.

Thanks for the repy..The problem that I have is I dont have the OFW. What are my options in this situation? Do I need to buy the Reset Glitch to get my OFW off the DVD player or will usbpro using jungle flasher be able to get it?

USB pro and jungleflasher will do. Jungleflasher has a tutorial with it so look through it. Depending on what drive you have you might get away with using the xbox to power the drive and flash it with the pc.
EDIT: Just seen you're using a laptop so yeah use the USBpro

Dude, did you read the TUT as stated above? Obviously not. It tells you how to dump your OFW

Thanks for the info, I did read the TUT,but I just didnt understand if jungle flasher read the oringinal firmware off the flashed drive. Sorry its a bit confusing for me, because I thought I would need the reset glitch to get the original firmware off the drive.
I know I'm a noob to this, I always had someone else flash my 360s for me, but I would like to do it myself so any help is appreciated. Ps I'm an older(46) gamer and I'm really trying to understand, thanks for all your info.

Which DVD drive is in your 360?
Not having the original firmware is not a problem because the LT+ firmware pack also contains original firmware for all drives. If you want to flash your 360 back to stock, all you need to do is dump the key, then you can use the OG firmware from the firmware pack.

That's probably the easiest drive to flash. Depending on the motherboard in your PC, you may just be able to hook the drive directly to a SATA port and get the key with JungleFlasher. That used to work fine for me when I had a 360 with a BenQ drive in it. If not, you can get a VIA 6421 PCI SATA card and do it with that.
Download the JungleFlasher guide and read the section for BenQ drives. It's straightforward. Hook the DVD drive up to your PC either direct to the MOBO, or if that doesn't work, via a 6421 SATA card. Make sure a video cable is connected to the 360 to stop it turning off after a short period of time. Power the DVD drive with the 360. Follow the steps in JF to dump the key. Job done.

Thanks for the info, just got my usbpro and took apart the 360 only to find out it is a lite-on. So I ordered the ck3 probe, and the ck3pro for power,just waiting for delivery.
I'm using this on a banned 360 so it didnt take the latest update. When I update the dashboard through the usb will it put the newest M$ kill on it or will it be ok?
