Hey I just went online and its telling me there is a system update My dashboard was up to date I have LT 2.0 Running was online last week fine. Can I update with LT 2.0 and be fine or will I lose it and have to flash again? thanks for your help

If you're updating from 2.0.13599.0 to 2.0.13604.0 you should be fine as it doesn't flash drives this time.
