I installed XBReboot on a Xenon xbox360, after it installed, i tried to turn it on and i dont get any audio or video. But the lights are fine. I am able to turn off the 360 with the controller.

fixed. AV wire was bad, and i didnt know that boot would take a little longer than normal 360's
