i think jtag has some kind of jtag community you go online with them but stay off live, instant ban in about an hour ive heard.

Yes, it's called XLink Kai. It works with a lot of different consoles.

Yes.

Xlink Kai is what is called "tunnel software". You can only play system-link games with it. With Kai running, you load up your game and choose system link. Kai "tricks" the console into thinking it's simply system-linked with other consoles offline. It doesn't realize that it's online (keep in mind that this is not Xbox Live).

It works with XBox 360, XBox, Playstation 3, Playstation 2, Gamecube and PSP and doesn't matter if it's flashed, JTAG'd, RGH'd, custom firmware'd, or stock.

I haven't used it since 2004 or 2005 (the Halo 2 days), so I don't know how good it is nowadays. Probably still good.
