Hi, ok this is my situation. I bought a modded Xbox 360 on late 2009.
This years may, i downloaded an xbox live may update.
So now i cant play backed up disc.
I know its in stock firmware.
I havent gotten flag by Microsoft
So if i play my xbox 360 on Xbox live in its stock firmware with original discs
Will i get banned?

If you haven't been flagged for a ban (either client-side or server-side), then you're fine. Even if you have been flagged, you may not necessarily get banned. If you stay offline you're effectively banning yourself anyway.

Yes, you can still play it on a banned 360.

Yes. You can flash it even if your console is banned.
