Question about XGD3 and JTAG

Guys, I'm trying to extract my .iso (which is an XGD3) so I can remove some of the unnecessary files and re-build it into an iso for use on my jtag. I haven't converted a game in a while and the programs that I used before are no longer working....

I use to use wx360 to extract, then use CreateISOgood, and then re-build with iso2god. wx360 no longer recognizes the new game format, hence I cannot extract the game. I've downloaded the newest iso2god, and that seems to be able to recognize the game, but it strictly converted the game, without giving me the option to remove the system update folder.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
