If i'm doing the Reset Glitch. Is the freestyle dash region free. If I try and play a pal game on my ntsc console will it work?

ntsc and pal are different they must be played on respective regions unless they're pal-region-free or ntsc-region-free they'll show up weird without color sometimes. with ps2 games and some others i think you can patch the region but im pretty sure you cant do that with 360 games.
