Hey, the Ben-Q I have currently in my Xbox was switched to replace my older broken Ben-Q, therefore I had to spoof it.

Unfortunately I've lost the key in a recent HDD failure and so was wondering, can I re-flash it using the normal method to the latest iXtreme?

Thanks.

You could have simply swapped the PCB boards of both drives.

Seriously? Cause I was told I had to completely replace the whole thing and spoof it.

Damn.

If the drive is already spoofed and can play games you're fine, don't listen to idiots who can't read above. Just redump the firmware. It's easier to spoof, since the benQ requires desoldering and resoldering the pcb. Like I said, if it reads games now, redump and save it. Then just update like usual.
