Ok I have a question guys that I'm sceptical about. I have the rare liteon 83850C v1 with LT flashed on it and I am aware that now that I have LT installed I will now need a probe or MRA hack to reflash if I dont have the key. I have a key saved but I'm not sure if its the correct one, the bin file is like 1kb. So I was wondering since the new dash flashes the drive back to stock does this mean that I won't need to use the MRA or probe anymore and just flash like I did the first time?

open jungleflasher and try to open the .bin file with the load key option. If it comes up with your drives data, and you have never flashed any other 360 on this computer, then you probably have the right key. If so, then you could flash to 2.0+.

When I try to open the firmware using jungle flasher I get an error saying firmware file maybe be 256kb.

Try clicking on the KeyDb button. It should have your key and drive info, if that is the computer that you used to originally flash the drive.

No, its another pc I sold the last one. The bin file that I have contains this "67bca7eedc1c2477b2f7435403cbd145" as a hash. Also I found the answer for my other question.

key.bin is only a few bytes. Mine is 16 bytes. The size of it doesn't mean it's not the correct key. If you're not 100% sure if it's the correct one I still wouldn't erase your drive though, cos if it's not the correct key then you're screwed.

Thanks for the reply mine is about the same size, I think I'm going to buy the probe 3 and x360 usb pro anyways.
