I live in China, where we just bought a modded Xbox. The shop put a number of games on, but some of the names are in Chinese, and I would like to change them to English. Is this possible? If so, how?

Also, none of the games show a picture in the Xbox menu. They said it's because of updated firmware, or something. Any way to fix that?
