My DVD drive recently broke and I need to get a replacement. I know you can flash the firmware of the current drive to another drive. I am very technologically savvy and have no problem doing so. I am wondering if someone can help me out with doing this. Is there a certain DVD drive I need to get to flash? Also, what tool can I use to help me in doing so? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
