Switching HD between flashed and non flashed console

Hi guys, here's my situation. I have an unmodded 360 hooked up in my living room, and a flashed 360 in my sons room. The flashed console has NEVER been online since the flashing, and is definitely not banned (it was used online pre-flashing but never since)
My question is, can I take my HD attached to the main 360 and use it on the modded console to earn achievements when i play with my son, then plug it back into the online console in the living room, or could this lead to a ban?

as long as the modded box isnt banned, then, yes you can switch back and forth

Thanks....just encountered a slight issue
I downloaded some DLC for WWE 12 but when I swapped the hard drive to the offline flashed console, it wouldn't let me use it - I guess there's licensing issues...is there a workaround for this?

I'm pretty sure DLC will only work on the console downloaded to.

I'm pretty sure DLC will only work on the console downloaded to.
I think DLC only works on the console it was downloaded to, and/or the profile it was downloaded with. In other words, you need at least one of these for it to work. Use that profile on the offline flashed console.

DLC is signed to console and gamer tag it was downloaded on. Only way to get it to work on another console is to be signed into live with gamertag it was downloaded with.

Oh, so the only way of getting the DLC on the flashed console is to put it online?
If say I did put it online and it got banned down the line, would I still be able to switch the HD between the 2 consoles as I am now?

if you move your hard drive from a banned box to a non-banned box your profile becomes corrupted and you have to recover it. And, I think all achievements earned on the banned box get reset cause your gamerscore goes back to what it was before it got corrupted.

You should check what dash version you have & see if the non live console can be jtag'd,pretty sure you can extract the dlc from the live console then place it in the jtag,someone can correct me if wrong
