If you were one of the many who received an accidental ban. The reason for this ban was due to Halo Reach's ap25 check failed challenge with many people. This actually also happen with people who didn't modify their consoles as well. Chances of you being banned were probably due to Halo Reach failed ap25 challenge. There is a tool out there that can let you read your sec data. Val something, check and see if the results give you a failed ap25 challenge and check and see the ap25 games you played and if Reach was one of them then there you have it. Check the disk data if possible and make sure abgx shows everything is positive then reburn.

Val something you say? Sounds like a useful little tool. I guess I'll go search for it now.

FOUND IT!!!!!!!!!

It's called "Xval". It checks the values of certain parts of the Xbox 360's nand, hence "Xval".

Note: Even if Xval says you're clean, you could still be flagged from the server's side.

The flag won't be removed for some reason. My system still has the failed ap25 challenge. The only game that I played that has the known challenge was was Halo Reach before the ban. Matter of fact, I haven't played an ap25 game up until 2 days ago. That flag was there and has been there before that. I also found out from other people that Halo Reach was the only ap25 game they owned and still got flagged with an unmodded console. It would be nice for everyone to confirm this as well. Microsoft had to lift those bans because it was proven that even ledgit consoles that the ability to create such flag and still come out as a modder on their end or possible modder.

What caused me this flag was a bad disk that never loaded. I checked it in abgx and it wasn't a good copy. It was too late for me at that point so I got banned in those dates. After the ban was lifted it was still flagged.

Those who were banned those dates, can you confirm your xval data? Can you also confirmed that you played any of the ap25 games, specially Halo Reach?

Let me know.
