hi i update my xbox from fifa 12 disc and the update stuck, i turned off the console and when i turned it on it stuck on the entire logo .. and i tried plug off the cable but nothin..

Which version of the dashboard were you on before you tried to update using the FIFA disc? It's possible that your DVD drive was flashed back to stock when you updated, depending on which dashboard version you were on already.
As FIFA 12 is a wave 13 game, it contains dashboard version 2.0.13599.0. You could try downloading that particular update from somewhere and updating from a USB stick. Doing that has worked for others, but it has to be the same version of the dashboard that was on the game disc.
There are a few threads on here where people got their consoles stuck in an update loop, so have a search/browse through some threads and you may find a solution that works for you.
If you don't know what dashboard version you were on previously, there's no way for you to find out now.
As for the stuck update - try what I said. Get the 2.0.13599.0 dashboard update from somewhere online and try updating from a USB stick. There are also other threads about this where people recovered from a stuck update, so have a look at those too if updating via USB doesn't work.
Once you get out of the update loop, you may find that your console has been flashed back to stock, so you may have to reflash it with the latest LT+.
i fix the problem :
1:put lite-on drive in the console (because the original drive for him is lite-on)
2:update to stock firmware with the original key of the console,(i save it).
3:i updated it to last dashboard version and then i put the benq drive i had and reflash it to lt2.0
and now all work.
