WHat dvd drive is needed to read/rip xgd3 games

Hello,

I was told couiple of months ago that there is dvd drive that can be used to read/rip xgd3 games (not drive in 360 using firmware 0800) apparently external drive that is already ready to read/rip games, anyone can guide me to that drive?

I always thought it would be so cool if c4e could make a firmware for a DVD burner that could rip and burn.
