The current available firmware for Hitachi drives is: -
Hitachi 78/79 = LT+ 1.91
All other Hitachis = LT+ 1.1
LT+ 2.0 is in progress for all Hitachi drives though and you would need that to play backups of XGD3 games.

Crap , does that mean NFS hot persuit and Dues EX are XGD3 games , how can I tell ? Because when I tried to run those backups it just says reading and never boots it.

Both of those games are XGD2 so your problem lies elsewhere.
The current known XGD3 games are: -
Driver: San Francisco
Gears of War 3
Dead Island (although there is also an XGD2 version)
Rise of Nightmares
Rage
X-Men Destiny
Dark Souls
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine
So, basically all games released before Driver: SF are not XGD3, many of the games released after it are (although not all of them), and going forward I would bet that all games will be XGD3 at some point as I would imagine it'll become the new standard disc type for all games.

Yeah, XGD2 games are "normal" games/ISOs that fully fit on a dual layer disc and use 1,913,760 as the layerbreak.
XGD3 games do not fit on a dual layer disc and they use a different layer break. You can burn them to a dual layer disc, but the burn will fail at around 97% as there is no room left on the disc. As all of the game data fits on (with the XGD3 games released up to now anyway), you can still play them using LT+ 2.0 though, so it's currently not an issue.

Oh ok , Something is weird then my Iso's arnt booting. I'm burning them with Clone CD , maybe my burner is taken a Crap? They finished the burn but would not read in the 360. they passed the verification and I think my CFW would allow them to be read. I'm loss on what's happening , I never had this problem before I burnt many discs with Clone CD.

If you're not patching the ISOs or anything then it'll be one of these: -
1. Bad burns - either because your burner is dead or dying, or because you're using crap discs or a bad batch of discs.
2. Your 360's laser/DVD drive is dying or needs calibrating. If other games work without issue, then it's probably not this though.

Ok I think it's my burning that is giving me all the trouble. I burnt the ISO in a newer burner and NFS Hot Persuit worked. I'm now tring to burn Deus EX. peace

Most of the questions asked here have been asked and answered before. In fact, I could write a thread that would answer 90% of the questions people ask in this section, but it wouldn't stop people asking. While it does help if people search first, forums exist so people can ask questions and get answers, especially as the previous answer to another thread may not fully answer another person's question, so I don't see why people get so caught up in telling people to "search". In some respects, people who make a habit of doing that are more annoying than those that ask questions that have already been answered.

That was more directed at Modking30 than you, lol, but searching before asking definitely helps! I'm glad your problem appears to be solved anyway. :)
