I have a IHAS 424B with Burner Max, I've been tring to get halo reach to burn, I have the latest up to date firmware, I'm using Verbatim(made in singapore) I have Smartburn and Force Hyper Tuning On, everything else off, I have OPC unchecked in imgburn, I've ran through ABGX and was all green,Write speed at 2.4x, But my burns keep coming out very poor, and the game wont start only goes to a black screen, and im not sure what to do.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.
well so i tried burning at 8x (which imgburn said that it was set too 2.4) and the results came out alot better but it still would not go pass the black screen.
And when you say try diffrent setting do you mean, like turning Smartburn or FHT off, or turning the others ones on, Ive been following this guide it says not to turn the other ones on http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f-152...2_5_6_0-912244/
Okay so I tried again this time with all four box's checked and at 4x and the Kprobe was super low(not sure if thats good are bad) The game still did not work.
Halo: Reach is an AP2.5 title, so you need to have LT+ 3.0 installed on your 360 and you need to make sure you've ran the game ISO through abgx360 1.0.6 to patch it before burning, otherwise it won't work.
