Hi wonder if anyone can help?
I have just fixed the rrod error on my phat xbox by using xclamp hybrid kit and I also repaired the open tray error that was occuring from the benq drive. The problem I now have is that a couple of minutes into game play the xbox make a glitchy beep sound and the screen freezes up. When the xbox is left in dashborad this crash doesn't seem to occur plus it seemed to play a video dvd without crashing? Could this problem maybe be caused by a faulty laser or is the problem more serious?

laser is a possibility, most likely gpu, the reason it happens in game play is because that is when you are working the chip the most. what puts more strain on a car engine, setting in idle or pedal to the floor?
