I've been playing on modded console, now i am planning to go legit and i asked the guy(from whom i bought) to remove the modded chip so i could go on live with original games. the problem is that i've once played on live on this modded console, so does that mean microsoft has registered!! Could they ban me after i start playing original? Because i don't wanna make all the expenses and get banned!! Please help..

from what i hear you check xval to see if your console is flagged to be banned bud

what is your dashboard version and have you tried playing these games recently

-Halo Reach
-Modern Warfare 2
-Black Ops
-Need for Speed Hot Pursuit
-Assassins Creed Brotherhood

type "xval" in google and download. go to your dashboard in system information, at top of screen will be your serial and bottom will say X:____-____-____-____ (blanks will be characters) enter your serial and x into xval and if it show clean and all 0's you should be good
