Hey guys I've got an Xbox that every time I turn on all I get is a blinking yellow power light. I've had a look online and know this is an overheating problem, but I was wondering if there's any way of fixing it? I checked YouTube for a guide but could only seem to find PS3 related YLOD videos. Any help would be much appreciated.

Other than PS3, I've never heard of the YLOD (Yellow Light of Death).

The Xbox 360 gets RRoD (Red Ring of Death).

Color-blindness maybe? Yes? No? A little?

Could be a bad power supply brick... try swapping it out with another / or a friends see what happens..

sounds like drive isn't connected to me. Good thing you didn't get the purple light, that one is way worse.
