XDG3 disks still not working after 3.0 update

I have a Liteon (yellow wire) and updated to 3.0. I used the file LTPlus-0251-v3.0 (right one right?) to update this morning. All older backups work, but games which I have installed the game update for (Revelations, Modern Warfare, Battlefield) do not boot up. I thought 3.0 was supposed to 'fix' this. I don't need to reburn the games do I? I burnt them before the 3.0 update.

Ok, so I found the topology ppf patches, and still have the .iso. What program do I use to patch it? I think I useed ppf-o-matic way back when, will this same prog work or have to user another one?
