i installed 3.60 spoof patch now i cant get any out put from hdmi component or scart
and my controller keeps turning off cfw 3.55

Go to recovery and flash it back to a stock 3.55

You can flash kmeaw 3.55 straight back on from recovery without using OFW first.

When spoofing.

Run 3.60 spoofer
Press x
Wait for confirmation
When confirmed reboot using controller( press & hold PS button on pad then select turn off console)
Restart ps3
done

BUT I DID SOMETHING WRONG I LOST ALL MY STUFF ON THE HDD ITS LIKE A NEW PS3

You probably did a complete flash of the system instead of a update. I don't think there is anyway you can recovery your information. Sorry for not replying earlier, I swore I replied to this thread like 2 days ago but apparently by post was never sent.
