Well I can backup my ps3 games on a hacked ps3, but not my bluray movies.

I know you can create an iso image of blurays using linux on your ps3. So want to gve it a try.

Have a phat ps3 with 2.50 on it, managed to finally install ydl 6.2 onto it (im a linux noob). Realsed I got to be in root to create an iso image of a bluray.

So now I want to get the image off the ps3 an onto my pc. Found the network settings and have changed them to be the same settings as for connecting your ps3 directly to your pc from this article:

So question is how to I either set up windows to detect the ps3 in the network neighbourhood, or how do I ftp between ydl and a windows system?
