This is what it has
-All Keys
-All Weapon Mods
-All Perks
-All locations unlocked
-Max Out Stats
-1 Million+ Caps
-100,000+Health Points/Action Points/Weight Pounds
-100000+Ammo
-Debug Pistol (A one shot 1 kill Pistol)
-Pip boy 3 Million (A Million Dollar worth Gold Pip Boy)
-No missions done
How to install:
1. Download save file (make sure it's for the correct region).
2. Unzip save file.
3. Copy results to a device which is supported by your PC and the PS3, like an USB stick, an iPod, a PSP etc etc.
4. Attach the device used in 3. to your PS3.
5. Copy save file to your PS3 using the Saved data utility.
